so last night i had been tossing and turning all night long, waking up. kept having to pee, and pee. so waking out of a deep sleep having to pee is a pain for me, i usually am disoriented trying to realize whats going on, anyways i had went to bed with my shoulder bothering me, but by 3 am it was killing from all the tossing around. so i got in my chair to stretch out and it just feels better to be in my chair at times like this, cause i love my jay 3 back, its worth the price it has. anyways i proceeded to stretch out, put my hands above my head and over i went! scratching my back and breaking my night stand. anyways heres a picture of the battle scar.
