well I was thinking that i should throw a contest! the prize will be $25 USD, the contest will be for you to submit pictures of fat people, lazy people, or anyone parking in a handicap parking spot, that isn’t supposed to be there. If they do have a permit, but yet “look” to be fine, this will be allowed too. because chances are, someone in a chair could use that spot more than they could.
