well i have lost between 30 and 35 pounds being i didn’t weigh in my first week. Hcg does not have any effect on me physically except that i have had constipation. but its worth the major weight loss, being in a wheelchair makes it hard to loose weight, so now I a working on toning my arms and shoulders. I can transfer a ton easier. ENjoy!
