well i had my first weigh in! wooooot 213lbs!!! wow i did not expect that! last year i was 105kg! lol convert it on your own time! now i have a number to figure from in 30 days! go me! its actually quite an ez diet thats for sure. no sugars, no carbs, just vegitables, fruit, and white meat, steak here and there. my fave is shrimp dina! my biggest concern on this hcg diet was that i would crap alot….ive been backed up every 3-4 days!! crazy, but livable!
